The images and symbology used are explicit enough for you to understand the meaning of each card.
The combination of cards, makes the visualization and affirmation that much stronger.
You could use any tarot deck of your choosing.
I prefer to use the Ryder Waite Deck or the Morgan Greer deck.
Each one of us, at one time or another, have difficult times.
The spells I have listed below will help to attain strength, confidence and inner guidance.
Decisions
1. The Star (Inner guidance) Arrange the cards from left to right
If possible light 2 red candles
First lay down THE STAR Extend your hands to the beams of starlight, feel the warmth of the light
penetrating you.
Penetrating you til you become aware that you too, are a shining light.
Allow yourself the joy and the power you feel from your own light.
Lay down the STRENGTH card Flex your muscles in your arms and legs. Feel your strength.
If you have enough area, feel free to do some exercises or dance movements
that make you feel more aware of body.
Let the energy flow through you
Lay down THE CHARIOT Notice his armor that protects him.
With you energy, envision yourself with a protective armor.
Meditate on these cards.
Using visualization techniques, see the events of the cards unfolding in
front of you
Recite this affirmation (or use one of your own).
I call upon the power from within and without
This may help you to embrace the energies to set the chain of events in
motion.
Lay out the cards from left to right...going up like a stair step.
This signifies advancement towards your goal.
The Magician, The Eight of Wands, The Wheel of Fortune
The Magician has the power of manifestation. He works hard to bring about the
necessary changes. He has all the elements of the earth at his disposal.
The 8 of Wands represents movement, activity. A rapid change, a rapid pace.
The Wheel of Fortune represents the circle of life's circumstances and their
influence.
If you would like to use accessories, orange candles or an orange cloth will
help to enhance this spell. Orange is the color that stands for directing action
through intellect.
As you lay out each card...meditate on its meaning.
The Magician......Imagine yourself as the magician. A mighty sorcerer that
can make anything happen with his power. You are holding the magical wand in
your hand, visualize what you would like to accomplish. Draw in the strength and
the power from the cosmos. Let it flow through your body.
The 8 of Wands.....consider the changes that you would like to make. How
urgently do you want this to happen. Visualize yourself with your magic wand
with all it's power. Shake the wand until the energy sparkles before you,
letting the images shape into your desired change.
The Wheel of Fortune....Visualize the circle of life, continuing to bring
forth happiness for the future. Imagine this future as the wheel turns.
Affirmation
The time has come for a change Time to move onto something new
