Place the candle in a holder.
Place a brand new shiny penny in front of the holder, and then surround the holder with three green gemstones. Repeat the following chant 3 times:

With harm to none
and help to many,
multiply now this shiny penny!!!
Now light your candle and stare into its flame, strongly envisioning the money coming to you.
Continue gazing into the flame while focusing on your need.
Allow the candle to burn down completely.
Bury the remaining wax.
Carry the penny in a pouch, to reinforce your intention.

On a moonlit night (full moon is best), take a walk on the beach. Face the moon, and open your arms out to your sides with your palms up. Radiate and bask in the moonlight.
Where the moon reflects on the sand or the water, scoop up some seaweed.
Take it home and lay it out to dry. Spread it out, and face it toward the rising sun. Let it completely dry for several days in the sun.
Take some seaweed and place in your wallet, your pocket, or anywhere you would like money to come to you.
